More than Floor Plans
— We Design Dreams

For 30+ years, we've helped homeowners, families, and builders across the U.S. bring their dream homes to life — one custom plan at a time. From ground-up designs to layout tweaks, we're with you every step of the way.

We understand that no two dream homes are the same. That's why our approach is deeply personal. With 30+ years of hands-on experience and a heart for helping people from all walks of life, Larry's Home Designs was built not just to draft blueprints, but to empower families on their journey toward homeownership.

From humble beginnings in Ohio to designing 100+ projects a year in Pennsylvania, our passion remains the same — creating functional, permit-ready, and meaningful designs that reflect the people who build and live in them. Whether you're planning a cozy retreat, a forever home, or reimagining an existing space, we're here to help turn your vision into reality — with care, craftsmanship, and a legacy of homes built with purpose.

Our History

For over 30 years, we've been the trusted partner for families, builders, and homeowners across the country — designing homes that reflect not just needs, but dreams.

Expanded offerings to include green-certified and energy-efficient design packages. Partnered with new builders and completed 100+ custom and stock plan projects.
Returned to Pennsylvania full-time. Business growth revived through new contractor partnerships. 99% first-time approval rate for plans submitted to townships.
Broadened services beyond custom homes to include additions, renovations, and decks. Consistently hit 100+ completed projects per year.
Larry’s Home Designs officially launched in Ohio. First full year of business producing just a handful of custom plans — soon to be dozens annually.
