1 Bedroom, a ¾ Bath, combined Kitchen/Living Area.
A 7’ x 6’ Covered Entry Porch.
Small Storage area above the Bathroom.
Permanent Foundation (Post and Beam Floor System) on concrete footings. It will most likely increase in value since it is not on wheels.
Current insulation design is R-24 Walls and R-40 Roof.
2 x 4 Interior Wall Framing bought locally.
